2. Right of Withdrawal (EU)
Under EU consumer law, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason. You must notify us within this period.
3. Conditions for Return
Products must be unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Dietary supplements that have been opened may not be returned for hygiene reasons.

5. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The same payment method used for purchase will be credited. Shipping costs for returns are at your expense unless the product is defective.
